First class service

We had a problem with an inside door where the key was jammed in the lock. I telephoned Stewart who came within a few hours even though it was a Saturday. He was friendly, polite and efficient and talked me through our options. In spite of the door being very old, he said he would try and scource a replacement lock as it would be cheaper than replacing the door completely. Although he was going on holiday he was able to find one and returned to fit it within a few weeks, even though it was a special order and he being very busy. I cannot fault the service I had from him and, based on my experience of using him, would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a good and reliable locksmith.
